MANAGE 2000 provides users with a leading edge solution that streamlines, integrates and automates manufacturing operations globally.

It provides applications for e-business, production, planning, engineering, finance, sales, service, collaboration and business intelligence. Adding an output solution to the MANAGE 2000 software product provides users with enhanced communications potential. The software tools provided specifically for MANAGE 2000 users by Output Solutions allow greater flexibility in document layout, delivery and storage.

Documents are designed with a desktop design tool and uploaded to the application server. A powerful print engine software component is used to merge data from the MANAGE 2000 application to the new document template. No custom programming is required in the host system. Users print in the same way they have always done.

Documents can be output on ANY network printer. Delivery methods can include e-mail and fax (VSI-FAX®, RightFax® and Genifax™, among others) in a completely automated manner. Documents can include CAD drawings, ( see example) bar codes, customized messages, multiple pages, multiple languages and version and many other features. Output in any number of other formats including HTML, PDF and XML is also a valuable feature of this technology.
