R-Output Manager uses existing user profiles and groups to automate the delivery of reports without any user intervention. R-Output Manager sorts and separates a batch spool file into individual pages, then converts the report to a PDF or HTML files, adds gray bar background, uses up to 99 fields from the spool file, uses up to 99 database lookups, allows the use of these fields in a dynamic cover page and then delivers via fax or e-mail. The new PDF or HTML files can be placed intelligently on a Web server or pushed to an archive system ideal and Archive solution from Output Solutions.
